I recently delivered an Ink 2 Ways Workshop looking at printmaking for children and young people at the Borders Textile Towerhouse in Hawick for the Bernat Klein Foundation. These were very well attended and we explored colourful monotypes inspired by natural forms and then used some oil based ink and water to marble paper surfaces. The workshop also included a tour of the current exhibition Bernat Klein, Colour Texture & Destination which was brilliant inspiration. I’m delighted that the Bernat Klein Foundation will be offering these workshops as bookable sessions through their website so I hope to be bringing some more inky creativity across the Scottish Borders soon!
