Description

When the Sky Turns Pink is a painting in oils on linen of the Bass Rock in East Lothian.  It depicts a beautiful pinky blush sky hovering over this well known volcanic rock which is a familiar sight from East Lothian and from high up in the Lammermuir Hills. It is a subject I return to again and again in my work.  I love the drama and simplicity of its form against ever changing skies.  It measures 50 x 50 cms (image size) and is sold unframed.  I can arrange framing for you if required but this is an extra cost and for a painting of this size please allow an extra £100 for this.
